Made an impromptu decision to visit Jurong Bird Park. We almost decided to detour to Singapore Discovery Center instead while driving along the KJE - that's coz it was raining cats and dogs. Fortunately, by the time we hit somewhere near Corporation Road exit, we realised it was just drizzling around the area.

Reached the park at around 1315 hrs, walked around and catched some shows till about 1630 hrs. Wanted to spend some time at the splash and slide station but it started to rain - so we decided to head home.

Second visit to the park in the near future is a must coz we missed the wet and dry playground, birds of prey show, the african waterfall aviary and the lory loft among other things.
